The most common conflicts in couples involve issues about sex, finances, leisure, housework, in-laws, parenting, and intimacy. Intensives, Retreats & Workshops

Intensives and retreats are for couples who are motivated to effect rapid change in their relationship. Intensives are helpful for couples who are experiencing a crisis such as infidelity, acute trauma, loss, or conflict. They are ideal for couples with busy schedules who prefer to dedicate a few days to resolving issues rather than meet on a weekly basis. In these focused intensives, we meet for 2 – 5 days to accelerate your progress and bring relief and understanding into your relationship. The benefits of an intensive can be equivalent to a year of weekly sessions. I also offer retreats, which are similar to intensives but take place at a more leisurely location and pace. 

Intensives and retreats are also available for individuals.
